Project Description
SCDOT proposes to replace the existing US 17A/21 bridge over CSX Railroad through an emergency procurement process. The replacement will bring the bridge and adjoining approach roadway up to current SCDOT design and safety standards. The new bridge will be constructed on alignment and utilize a traffic detour from September 2023 and during project construction.
